3/4 cup Light Mayo
1/2 cup diced Sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup diced Black olives
1/2 cup chopped Artichoke hearts (marinated, in oil)
2 tbsp Basil
2 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Red chilli pepper flakes
1 tbsp Red chilli pepper flakes
1 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Bring 1 litre of water to boil and let macaroni cook in water for 8-10 minutes. Drain, add macaroni to large bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve hot or cold.
